Upcoming
Pre-Law Advising Events
Pre-Law Advising and List Serve:
Many students studying Philosophy are also
considering a career as a lawyer. I would like to create a separate list
of just these students so I can share with them announcements, opportunities,
events and advising, etc. If you are
interested in going to law school let me ask that you
fill out this on-line survey.
https://fiu.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_09tsv1STD48Qhgw
I will use this information to create the list
serve. Even if you filled this out last
year, please do so again. I will NOT be
using the list serve from last year as some of those students will have
graduated or decided that they are no longer interested in pursuing law. Therefore you will
not be in the current list unless you fill out the current survey.

General
Pre-Law Advising Sessions:
Phi Sigma Tau /
The Philosophy Club will be hosting
a Pre-Law Advising Session sometime mid-semester. This will be a session covering the nuts and bolts of Law School application, etc. Students who have additional questions about
pre-law are welcome to contact me to set up an advising appointment, but I
would prefer you attend the general session first.
