This photo was taken at ECO Pond in the Everglades -- the bird however is more typically found in Central Florida's prairies so I've put the photo here. The tree is a Brazilian Pepper; one of the biggest pest species in the Everglades, probably occupies the # 2 spot right next to Melaleuca (spelling?).
