Finding Full-Text Articles Online:

FIU homepage: Click on Tools. Under Students, click on FIU Library

(If working from home, click on Connect from Home; enter your email username & password or your library ID on back of Panther ID card)

To find articles from a specified journal:

From library home page, click on Research tab at top of page

Under BROWSE BY TITLE, click on P

Click on PsycArticles. This takes you to APA PsycNET. Click on the Advanced Search tab

For Psychology and Aging: Type Psychology and Aging in the search box.

For Journal of Gerontology Series B: Psychological Sciences and Social Sciences: Type Gerontology in the search box.

For The Gerontologist: Type The Gerontologist into the search box.

Select Journal Title from drop down box on the right.

Under Published: select 5 years ago to present

Click on SEARCH

For Psychology of Aging, results will display directly

For Journal of Gerontology, under Narrow Results By under Journal/Book Title, click on Journals of Gerontology Series B

For The Gerontologist, under Narrow Results By under Journal/Book Title, click on The Gerontologist

You can then browse through articles, or search for a topic of interest by clicking a topic under Narrow Results By or type a topic into the Search within Results box (left side)
