Lecture Examples

Since this course is supposed to emphasize applications of Calculus to Business, many of the problems I work out in the movies are word problems. To keep you from having to stop and copy each problem into your notes, I have reproduced all of the word problems for the semester below in 2 formats, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (a free download). If you have Word on your computer, you might want to open the document in Word, and insert blank lines between problems so that you can insert the solutions as you view each example. Non-word problems are not included in this document. There are also a few problems in this document that were not worked out on the movies due to a lack of time.
