Communication Theory
Communication plays a major role in nearly every aspect of
life. Effective communication not only can help us solve
problems but can also improve lives. Communication experts
believe that poor communication is at the root of many problems
and that effective communication is one solution to these
problems. Understanding the theories and principles of good
communication, and putting them to practice, can resolve
disputes; initiate, maintain or terminate relationships; provide
information; persuade others; and entertain us.
