SHH — our secret for our students’ success Many students in our school (Sekolah Jenis Kerajaan Tamil, Sungai Pari, Ipoh, Perak) cannot afford a meal. They often come to class with no breakfast. A simple fact is that eating a healthy breakfast helps students do better in school. Studies show that eating breakfast improved attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Students who miss their breakfast make more mistakes and have slower recall memory.

During a conversation, I learned from the headmaster that one of the reasons for poor performance in UPSR is poverty, and many students come to school with no breakfast.

Our goal is to make our school one that cares about the students and their successes. As the founder of ANGSA, we launched SHH in 2020.
