Teaching Highlights

I have a strong record in teaching and mentoring. I have supervised over 75 graduate, undergraduate, and high school trainees resulting in 20 publications and over 50 presentations with students. Since 2013, I have taught face-to-face, hybrid, and fully online to over 2,000 FIU students. In Fall 2014, Senior Lab was replaced by Senior Seminar for the Psychology Major. In 2016, I was awarded the FIU CASE Faculty Award for Teaching. As of Fall 2020, Introductory Bio-Psychology is being taught as PSB 3002. In Fall 2021, my current online courses received Panther High Quality Certification.
