FCA Leadership Florida Counseling Association has become my counseling leadership family! I have discovered leadership potential in myself, which I now develop in two countries, the USA and Russia. Here is a picture from my first ACA Leadership Institute, where I went being inspired by Anne Flenner, FCA Past President and an amazing person, who is always there for everyone and strives for the FCA and ACA to become the best associations, supporting all the counselors in the country. At the next picture from the FCA Executive Board Meeting you can see Anne being happy as she was having the meeting on her birthday, being an FCA President at that time. Her dedication to the counseling profession and FCA excites and inspires me!
